• Significant operational leadership experience within a fast-paced, reactive service environment.
• Experience leading operational management teams across dispersed delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver safety, customer, operational and commercial performance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across reactive operational delivery and ensure accountability throughout the structure.
• Lead health, safety and environmental expectations and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive operational performance against KPIs and the contract's framework with the commercial team.
• Develop relationships with Anglian Water stakeholders and represent the delivery team at forums.
• Coach and develop the operational management team and set clear performance expectations.
