Job summary

Anglian Water Group Ltd. is seeking a Supply Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team across our water infrastructure.

You will oversee safe operation and maintenance of dams, WTWs, storage points and pump stations, ensuring water quality and environmental compliance while delivering business targets. Based in Pitsford, Northamptonshire, this role requires strong leadership, budget management and IOSH-level health and safety qualifications.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of water abstraction, treatment, transmission and storage.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.
• Financial management skills with budget control responsibility.
• Health and safety qualification to IOSH level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of Works Technicians.
• Ensure safe operation of dams, water treatment works, pumping stations and reservoirs.
• Maintain water quality, environmental compliance and asset performance.
• Manage operational incidents and provide leadership during emergencies.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Networks and partners to optimise performance.
