Job summary

Kier Group is seeking a Team Leader for its Infrastructure team. The role is based on site work within the Anglian Water alliance, with a focus on supporting the IMRDS team to maintain water networks and respond to emergencies.

You will lead, mentor and coordinate field staff, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate holds NRSWA/EUSR Water Hygiene qualifications and a CSCS card, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to site locations.
• NRSWA and EUSR Water Hygiene qualifications are required.
• CSCS card is essential for site access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the IMRDS team on site, ensuring safe, compliant work.
• Coordinate with supervisors and colleagues to monitor progress and resolve issues.
