Kier Group in Northampton is seeking a Site Manager to lead infrastructure projects across the Anglian Water region. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, work with delivery teams to ensure quality and safety, and drive continuous improvement across programmes.

Ideal candidates will have water-industry knowledge, recognised certifications, strong budgeting and programme skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Role based in Northampton with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in the water industry and infrastructure delivery.
• Relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, NRSWA supervisor, EUSR, COSHH.
• First Aid at Work, Working in Confined Space and IOSH COSHH awareness.
• Strong budget, programme management and commercial awareness.
• Excellent relationship builder with collaborative approach.

Responsabilités

• Lead site-based supervisors, delivery teams and supply chain through full lifecycle.
• Manage projects to ensure timely, safe completion within budget and spec.
• Ensure all site personnel hold relevant qualifications and implement safety protocols.
• Build strong relationships with client operations to exceed KPIs.
• Actively manage programmes, mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
