Job summary

300 North Limited is recruiting an experienced Head of Operations in Leeds. The role leads operational delivery across multiple FM and PFI service areas, directing teams, contract performance and commercial delivery.

You will help grow the FM estates offering and shape the company’s strategy during a growth phase. The candidate will ensure high health & safety, quality and compliance, while building strong client and stakeholder relationships and driving efficient processes and performance

Qualifications

• Proven operational leadership in Facilities Management, with PFI/public sector estates experience.
• Experience managing multiple contracts or service areas.
• Strong budgets, margins and financial performance understanding.
• Good knowledge of SLAs, KPIs and compliance.

We are recruiting for an experienced Head of Operations to join a growing organisation specialising in Facilities Management, PFI and estates services.

You'll lead operational delivery across multiple service areas, managing teams, contract performance and commercial delivery, while helping to develop and grow the organisation's FM and digital estates offering.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Operational leadership experience within Facilities Management, with strong PFI and/or public sector estates experience

• Experience overseeing multiple contracts or service areas
• Good commercial understanding, including budgets, margins and financial performance
• Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs and operational performance
• Confident managing senior client and stakeholder relationships
• A strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and PPM
