Good Tuesday Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to scale systems and streamline processes across fulfilment, logistics, and broader operations. The role is senior and hands-on, focusing on stock flow, capacity planning, and delivering efficiencies to support growth.

You will own day-to-day operations, collaborate with leadership, and implement digital tools and lean methods to improve service levels and cost efficiency as the business expands into new channels and markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in operations, logistics, or fulfilment in fast-growing ecommerce.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering process improvements.
• Fluent with data, systems, and software to drive performance.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, practical problem-solver with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and order fulfilment across ecommerce and wholesale.
• Lead capacity planning and stock handling.
• Drive process improvements and implement digital tools and automation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and OKRs; monitor KPIs and costs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, buying, customer service, marketing, and ecommerce.
• Coach and develop operations team; promote culture of clarity and accountability.
