Job summary

Westcoast Limited is seeking a dynamic Fulfilment Team Manager to lead day-to-day performance and service delivery of the Fulfilment Operations team in the UK. You will ensure accurate order management from receipt to shipment while balancing people leadership, customer experience and continuous improvement.

You will work closely with operations leaders to coordinate workload, manage KPIs, and drive improvements across warehouses, 3PLs and internal stakeholders for UK and European activity.

Qualifications

• Strong operational experience in fulfilment/logistics and customer operations.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order management for high-volume accounts.
• Coordinate workloads and ensure resource alignment to demand.
• Escalation point for team and customer issues; drive actions to resolution.
• Drive process improvements and SOP documentation.
