Job summary

Good Tuesday is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to scale our fulfilment, logistics, and wider operations as we grow. You will own day-to-day operations, drive efficiency, and lead lean initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, design-led brand environment.

You will manage warehouse and quality of operations, ensuring clear processes, OKRs, and performance KPIs to support scale and channel expansion. Collaboration with leadership is essential for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading warehouse and operations in a fast-growing ecommerce or consumer goods environment.
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement across warehouse and business operations.
• Comfortable working with data, systems, and software to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse, fulfilment and logistics operations across ecommerce and wholesale.
• Lead capacity planning and stock handling to support peak periods and growth.
• Own operational systems (including WMS) and SOPs; drive continuous improvement.
