Job summary

Good Tuesday is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our growing ecommerce logistics and fulfilment operations from Cornwall with a move to a new HQ in Indian Queens planned in October. This senior, hands-on role focuses on scaling systems, capacity planning, and driving efficiencies that support growth.

You’ll own stock flow, work with leadership, implement digital tools including a WMS, and lead Lean initiatives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in operations, logistics or fulfilment for fast-growing ecommerce or consumer goods.
Proven track record leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
Strong data and systems mindset with ability to drive performance.
Hands-on, pragmatic problem-solver with excellent communication.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or similar CI frameworks.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse and order fulfilment across channels.
Lead capacity planning, stock control and process improvements.
Own operational systems and drive efficiency including WMS.
Develop quarterly OKRs and monitor KPIs and costs.
Manage cross-functional projects with product, buying, customer service, marketing.
Build and coach a high-performing operations team.
