Job summary

Eligo Recruitment is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for an electronic security business, based from their St Albans office (approximately 80% office-based) with occasional travel to client sites. You will lead Projects and Service teams, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable delivery while driving continuous improvement and building strong customer relationships.

• Lead and support the Projects and Service teams.
• Oversee delivery of multiple projects and maintenance contracts.
• Manage operational performance, resource planning and workload allocation.
• Coach, mentor and develop Project Managers and Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor project profitability and operational performance.
• Support forecasting, planning and reporting.
