Qualifications

• Commercially astute operations professional with a proven track record delivering complex projects in construction.
• Experience in Operations Management, Contracts Management, or Senior Project Delivery.
• Strong cost analysis, efficiency improvements, and profitability focus.
• Experience in Construction, Structural Steel, Roofing, Cladding, or related engineering.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Project Managers.
• Coordinate projects from award stage through to completion.
• Work with Sales and Commercial teams to support delivery, bids, and tenders.
• Liaise with internal manufacturing, logistics, fleet operations, and site teams.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are achieved or exceeded.
• Identify and resolve delays or operational challenges.
• Drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction across operations.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and client requirements.
