Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead cradle-to-grave delivery of minor and major works across Scotland. You will oversee M&E, fabric and specialist services, ensure safety, quality and compliance, and collaborate with operations and commercial teams.

The role is office/site based with NPPV1 clearance and a focus on delivering on-time, on-budget projects through vetted supply chains.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hard services projects and coordinating capital works programmes.
• Strong communication skills with ability to write reports and present to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of NEC4 TSC framework is beneficial but not mandatory.
• IOSH/SMSTS qualifications and H&S compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital works delivery across Scotland through vetted supply chain.
• Own customer relationships and promote a one-team approach.
• Deliver life cycle and capital investment programmes for building fabric, roofing and infrastructure.
• Manage project activity, assign to delivery teams, and ensure safety and quality standards.
