Job summary

WSP is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day Building Services operations, embedding a culture of safe, efficient project delivery. You will partner with the Group Director and Operations Director to drive performance, governance and client-focused outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial stewardship, and compliance with SHEQ and BMS, with hybrid working across the UK. Applicants should be prepared for Vetting to SC level.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience coordinating stakeholder relationships across functions.
• Proven track record driving process improvements and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operational matters for Building Services teams.
• Ensure resources are effectively utilized and aligned with technical capability.
• Support SHEQ compliance and UK-wide best practices across projects.
• Provide commercial governance, budgeting and reporting across major projects.
