Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Worksop is seeking a General Manager to own a large, complex warehouse operation in a fast-paced, multi-customer environment. You will lead from the front, shape culture, strengthen customer relationships and drive operational excellence across a 350,000 sq ft facility.

You'll manage a 450+ team, navigate multi-contract service delivery, ensure safety and compliance in an Upper Tier COMAH setting, and align day-to-day activities with contractual expectations to deliver peak

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale warehouse operations.
• Able to own site performance and customer outcomes.
• Capable of balancing productivity, cost and service.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Build strong relationships with customers to secure CXM scores.
• Drive performance across a large site with multiple contracts.
• Coach and lead a 450+ colleague team, promoting safety.
• Ensure compliance and risk management in a COMAH environment.
• Oversee pay negotiations and align delivery with contracts.
• Manage change and peak planning across integrations and spikes.
