Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a high-performing logistics operation supporting a luxury automotive client. You will drive safety, efficiency and customer-focused service, partnering with DHL and the customer to meet contractual obligations and business goals.

You will champion operational excellence, manage KPI targets, and lead a culture of engagement and performance across teams. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain management.
Experience leading operational teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication skills across verbal, written and presentation.
Knowledge of lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Take day-to-day responsibility for a safe, efficient operation meeting customer requirements.
Lead Health & Safety culture with partners.
Meet KPI and SLA targets defined in contracts.
Maintain strong communication with management to support parts supply and production schedules.
Capture and validate site data for real-time decisions.
Drive continuous improvement across operations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
