Job summary

DHL Supply Chain at Coalville is seeking an experienced operational leader to take full leadership of a safe, efficient site, delivering customer, financial and people objectives while embedding OMS standards and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will lead a team, review KPIs, manage resources, drive productivity, attendance, quality, service and cost, and coach leaders to build a high‑performance culture. Flexible patterns available; shifts rotate 0830-1630 & 1100-1900.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven operational leadership in logistics or warehousing.
• Strong ability to analyse KPIs and drive improvement actions.
• Experience coaching and developing high‑performing teams.
• Experience with budgets and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, efficient and compliant operation, ensuring operational performance meets agreed customer and business objectives
• Manage and review operational KPIs, resource planning, productivity, attendance, quality, service and cost performance, driving corrective actions where required
• Ensure operational standards, work instructions and performance management routines are embedded and consistently followed across the site
• Develop leadership capability through coaching, performance reviews, training compliance and engagement with Excellence School initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement activities, implement operational best practice and support site-wide initiatives that improve performance, service and financial results
