Job Description:

A multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund is looking to hire for its expanding London office.

The hire will report directly to the European Head of Operations / Middle Office and will be SME for equities, taking ownership of operations / middle office tasks for the firm’s expanding equities investment strategy. Responsibilities include analytical tasks, oversight of external service providers, and project work, primarily focused on infrastructure buildout and supporting equities investment professionals. The role involves client-facing interactions with multiple prime brokers as a first point of contact for the European equities business.

The firm values progression, and the candidate can develop into an ‘Operations Manager’. There are also opportunities for internal transfers to international offices based on performance.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of hedge fund operations experience, with a strong background in equities, excellent academic credentials, and strong technical skills.

The salary is budgeted at £80-110k base, with top performers earning substantial bonuses.
