Job Description:

A multi-billion dollar AUM Hedge Fund is looking to make a newly created hire for its expanding London office.

The hire will report directly to the European Head of Operations / Middle Office and will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for equities, taking ownership of operations and middle office tasks related to the firm’s expanding equities investment strategy. As many tasks are outsourced, the role focuses on analytical tasks, oversight of external service providers, and project work, primarily related to infrastructure buildout or support for equities investment professionals. The hire will serve as the first point of contact for the European equities business, liaising with multiple Prime Brokers.

The firm values progression, and the role offers potential to develop into an Operations Manager position. Other career paths within the global operations team include desk assistant, business management, treasury, and change roles.
