You will shape operating model design across group, country and business unit levels, focusing on accountabilities, decision rights, governance and ways of working.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in consulting or transformation environments
• Strong track record in Target Operating Model, Organisation Design or Operating Model Transformation
• Experience defining accountabilities, decision rights, governance and central vs local operating models
• Senior stakeholder management and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Experience in Retail, FMCG or large customer-facing organisations (desirable)
• Experience working across international / multi-country organisations
• UK-based and able to work on-site in London 1–2 days per week
• Willingness to travel across Europe where required
