Moorhouse, a dynamic consulting firm in London, is seeking a Consultant in the Operating Model team to help design and implement future-fit organisations aligned with strategic ambition. You will move clients from ambition to action, delivering tangible change and value.

We value curiosity, adaptability and collaboration, with a hybrid working model near Liverpool Street. The role supports development from day one, and Moorhouse does not sponsor visas for this role.

Qualifications

• Around 2 years’ consulting experience, or 4+ years in industry with a track record of supporting or delivering operating model or transformation projects
• Experience supporting the design and delivery of target operating models, including people, process, technology and governance
• Analytical mindset with qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points and insights
• Practical approach to problem-solving grounded in client context

As a Consultant in the Operating Model team, you will bring:

• Around 2 years’ consulting experience, or 4+ years in industry with a track record of supporting or delivering operating model or transformation projects
• Experience supporting the design and delivery of target operating models, including elements such as people, process, technology and governance
• An analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify pain points and generate insight
• A practical approach to problem-solving, with an interest in creating operating model designs that are grounded in client context and can be delivered sustainably
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build trust, adapt to different audiences, and engage stakeholders through clear, compelling outputs
• A collaborative approach to teamwork – working alongside colleagues to support each other and maximise the value we deliver to our clients

We’re open to candidates with cross-sector experience who bring curiosity and the ability to adapt to new client contexts.

You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to internal initiatives, get involved in shaping our service line and sector propositions, and take an active role in life at Moorhouse.

• A total cash package of £60,150 comprising of a base salary of £45,150 and a combination of personal and company bonuses that are paid every six months
• 25 days annual leave increasing by one day for every full year of service to a maximum of 30 days with the option to buy or sell up to five days of annual leave per year.

Our office is based near Liverpool Street in central London, though we support flexible and hybrid working and expect you to spend time with clients at their offices.
