Moorhouse is a dynamic, transformation-focused consultancy based in London, seeking an experienced Senior Consultant for its People & Change practice. You will lead workstreams within complex transformation programmes, shape client deliverables and support business development.

You’ll work across organisation design and change management, building trusted relationships with executives, applying data-driven insights and contributing to the growth of the team in a flexible, hybrid working

Qualifications

• Strong background in organisation design and transformation.
• Experience delivering change management engagements and related deliverables.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and to source opportunities.
