The Senior Online Trading Manager will:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance online profitability and performance.
• Manage website trading, focusing on CRO, LTV, and AOV.
• Oversee on-site strategies, including promotions and content.
• Use data analytics for insights and report to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to optimise website effectiveness.
• Have proven experience in website trading within high-growth e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Possess a strong background in D2C or subscription models.
• Be experienced in CRO, UX/UI, and web analytics.
• Be financially savvy, analytical, and have a track record of revenue growth.
• Adapt well to fast-paced, scale-up environments.

Salary: £60k - £65k. Hybrid working options available.
