About the role…

As Senior Online Trading Manager, you will be responsible for leading our trading team and driving online performance for our global website. We want an ambitious and energetic individual, who is accustomed to troubleshooting and problem solving, with excellent stakeholder management skills.

The Senior Online Trading Manager will take ownership of the website trading and lead the eCommerce trading team. You will be accountable for performance across categories, devising trading strategies, and forecasting/prioritizing seasonal and weekly promotions and activities. The roles and responsibilities include:

• Lead the online trade team to maximize sales, sell-through, and profit
• Build and manage the online trading calendar, aligning with Brand, Merchandising, and Digital Marketing teams
• Report on online trading performance, highlighting opportunities and supporting cross-functional actions
• Work closely with digital marketing to identify and implement performance levers
• Build relationships with buying and merchandising teams for alignment and performance optimization
• Ensure timely product launches, coordinating with studio teams
• Support category traders in maximizing product exposure
• Collaborate on site functionality and UX improvements
• Work with teams to build budgets, forecasts, and trade reports
• Champion learning and development for the team

• Significant online trading experience, preferably in luxury multibrand retail
• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching digital trading teams
• A proven track record of increasing revenue and profit online
• Highly commercial, results-driven, and capable of executing in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of luxury fashion brands and their consumers
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and successful collaborative project outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Content Square
• Proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team development
