Working with ecommerce, CRM, digital, product and commercial teams, you will embed loyalty throughout experiences and deliver measurable commercial results. This is a high-visibility role with senior stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing and scaling loyalty programmes.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to drive revenue.
• Experience working with ecommerce, CRM, and digital teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop online loyalty strategy to drive engagement and long-term value.
• Analyse programme performance to deliver commercial growth.
• Collaborate with ecommerce, product, UX and CRO teams to embed loyalty.
• Utilise first-party data to personalise experiences and increase CLV.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align loyalty with commercial objectives.
• Partner with external technology providers to evolve platforms.
