Job summary

Zachary Daniels is partnered with a fast-growing, digitally native womenswear brand. We seek a Senior Brand Lead to take ownership of the brand, drive growth and shape campaigns across touchpoints.

You will develop and execute brand strategy, amplify organic demand and ensure a compelling presence from PR to influencer activations. This leadership role offers high visibility and a strategic path in a fast-evolving company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Brand Manager or similar role.
• Strong experience developing and executing brand strategies and integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record growing brand awareness and organic demand.
• Experience across PR, influencer marketing, social and brand partnerships.
• Experience delivering OOH and larger-scale brand campaigns.
• Excellent creative eye with the ability to challenge, develop and champion ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the overall brand strategy, positioning and identity.
• Develop and execute creative, culturally relevant ideas to raise awareness.
• Identify opportunities to grow the brand via partnerships, activations and PR.
• Drive organic traffic and long-term brand growth beyond paid media.
• Provide creative direction and push the brand creatively.
• Collaborate with the Art Director on concepts and campaigns.
• Lead integrated campaigns from idea to execution.
• Oversee OOH campaigns ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Own the brand's PR and influencer strategy and relationships.
• Lead influencer campaigns, gifting, partnerships and collaborations.
• Provide direction and structure across the marketing team.
• Help establish marketing processes as the business scales.
