Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a CRM Manager for a Cambridgeshire fashion retail group. The role focuses on owning customer communications across brands, using insight, segmentation and personalisation to strengthen engagement, retention and loyalty.

You will shape CRM strategy, automate journeys and improve performance through data-driven testing. The successful candidate will work with Trading, Ecommerce and Marketing to ensure relevant, timely communications and drive customer lifetime value

Qualifications

Proven CRM experience in retail or consumer-focused environment.
Experience driving engagement, retention and loyalty through data-driven campaigns.
Ability to plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
Experience developing automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation).
Strong analytical skills and data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver CRM strategy across all channels to boost engagement and sales.
Plan and manage targeted campaigns across multiple brands and regions.
Develop and optimise automated customer journeys for lifecycle stages.
Collaborate with Trading, Ecommerce and Marketing to align CRM with commercial goals.
Lead testing initiatives (A/B) to continually improve performance.
