Job summary

Zachary Daniels seeks a CRM Manager in Cambridgeshire to own customer communications across multiple brands, driving engagement, retention and loyalty through insight-led segmentation and personalisation.

You will shape CRM strategy, develop automated customer journeys and continually improve performance and customer lifetime value, collaborating with Trading, Ecommerce and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, retention or loyalty.
• Strong understanding of engagement, conversion, repeat purchase and CLV.
• Confident working with customer data to develop targeted campaigns.
• Experience planning and optimizing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and automated journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the CRM strategy across email, SMS, push, website, loyalty and app channels.
• Plan and manage targeted CRM campaigns across multiple brands.
• Use data and personalisation to improve journeys and lifetime value.
• Lead development of automated lifecycle journeys: welcome, retention, reactivation and post-purchase.
• Collaborate with Trading, Ecommerce and Marketing to support commercial objectives.
• Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actions.
• Champion a test-and-learn approach with A/B testing across channels.
