A luxury retail client in London seeks a Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager to oversee the development and execution of omnichannel strategies. This hybrid role (3 days in the office) requires approximately 10 years of relevant experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership capacity. I am currently partnering with a global luxury retail client who is undertaking a significant omnichannel transformation and is looking to appoint a Senior Omnichannel Marketing Manager. This is a newly created position with no existing blueprint, offering the opportunity to build, influence and embed a channel‑agnostic strategy across multiple touchpoints.
This role will suit an individual with strong experience within complex, matrixed organisations and a background in analytical, insight‑led marketing. The successful candidate will be able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery and work effectively with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
