Cadeler is seeking a Senior Operations & Project Manager for Scour Protection, to shape vessel development, operational methodologies and project execution. You will lead cross‑functional teams, translate hands‑on offshore experience into practical solutions and drive safe, efficient delivery with a focus on schedule and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5–7 years in offshore wind project management, a relevant engineering degree, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, mechanical or maritime engineering.
• 5–7 years of project management experience in offshore wind.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver Cadeler’s scour protection activities and ship/vessel ecosystem.
• Develop installation methodologies, procedures, loading strategies and best practices.
• Lead project teams across PM, Package Management, Survey and Planning, ensuring proper resources.
• Drive project execution with focus on HSE, quality, budget, schedule and client satisfaction.
