Job summary

Schroders Greencoat is seeking a senior Asset Management and Commercial lead to oversee offshore wind assets in the UK and Germany, drive performance, and coordinate major contract categories. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will maximise asset value through proactive risk management, stakeholder engagement and robust contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior technical and/or commercial roles in renewable energy, preferably offshore wind.
• Understanding of asset management in wind projects, including performance optimisation and risk management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance technical, financial and contractual considerations.
• Self-motivated and collaborative with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for allocated wind farm assets with external parties.
• Oversee operational performance to meet availability, production, and financial targets.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and reporting for health, safety and grid code requirements.
• Oversee insurance, permitting, and contractual compliance.
• Lead commercial and tendering activities for major contract categories (WTG O&M, external asset management and HV O&M).
• Prepare O&M strategies and coordinate in the team the commercial implementation thereof.
• Coordinate contract and insurance claims management and liaise with brokers.
