Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a versatile Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary offshore wind projects in the UK and Europe. You will manage engineering and consultancy services from early feasibility through FEED, detailed design, construction support and operational readiness, collaborating with developers, investors and the wider supply chain.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor budgets and timelines, and drive cross-functional teamwork while ensuring safety and quality across

Qualifications

• Experience delivering offshore wind projects in developer/Owner's Engineer/consultancy/EPC environments.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary engineering projects through FEED and detailed design.
• Strong understanding of offshore wind project lifecycles and development processes.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources and risks.
• Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and motivating diverse teams.
• Experience in offshore substations, foundations and offshore structures, floating offshore wind, export/inter-array cables, grid connection infrastructure, onshore substations, marine operations and installation, asset integrity and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of multidisciplinary offshore wind projects within safety, cost, schedule and quality targets.
• Manage engineering and consultancy services from feasibility through FEED, detailed design and construction support.
• Coordinate with offshore wind developers, investors, utilities, transmission owners and supply chain partners.
• Ensure resources are allocated effectively and cross-functional teams are supported.
• Prepare and communicate clear project updates to stakeholders and maintain transparency.
• Identify, monitor and mitigate safety, environmental and health risks across projects.
