Job summary

Randstad CPE seeks a Site Manager to lead offshore wind turbine installation activities on project sites. You will manage the offshore supervision team, drive safety, and coordinate handovers with internal stakeholders while ensuring documentation is completed to handover-ready status.

The role requires 3–5 years in offshore operations, strong English communication, and experience with ERP tools. A proactive, safety-first mindset is essential for this challenging project environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of offshore operations experience (wind turbine/offshore installation).
• Proven HSE & quality knowledge for offshore environments.
• Solid documentation and handover process familiarity.
• Knowledge of IT systems and ERP tools (SAP preferred).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Role-specific offshore/technical training or willingness to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate offshore supervision team to meet safety and quality standards.
• Oversee daily offshore installation management and handovers.
• Coordinate load-out interfaces across multiple teams (Pre-Install, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Warehouse, CSM).
• Ensure project documentation packages (As-Built/As-Left/HOC) are collected and handed over.
• Drive continuous improvement and planning with LSM and mobilization/demobilization activities.
