Job summary

RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd. seeks a seasoned offshore wind operations leader to drive safety, performance and reliability across offshore and onshore assets.

You will oversee OEM contracts, coordinate maintenance activities and report on production against targets, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Applicants should have a strong track record in offshore wind or similar sectors, with expertise in data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
• Significant offshore wind operations experience.
• Experience managing OEM maintenance contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and compliance across offshore and onshore operations.
• Deliver production targets by monitoring wind farm performance and optimising generation.
• Oversee OEM Service & Maintenance Agreement performance and contractual calculations.
• Coordinate SOV-based maintenance model with technicians, vessel contractor and control room.
• Improve asset reliability through data-led trend analysis and root cause investigations.
• Represent asset owner and report to General Manager with stakeholders.
