Advance TRS is seeking an experienced Offshore Agent (or Senior Section Engineer ready to step up) to lead and control marine and offshore construction packages on a major infrastructure project in Suffolk. You will work directly with the Package Manager to drive technical execution.

You will manage a team of Section Engineers and Offshore Client Representatives, oversee budgets, coordinate Tier-1 suppliers, and ensure HSE, quality, and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in offshore/marine/coastal infra projects with an Agent/Senior Section Engineer role.
• Valid CSCS card and safety qualifications (SSSTS/SMSTS, STCW-95 or equivalent).
• Able to manage change-control, site records, and resourced programmes.
• Willingness to work unsociable hours due to tide and marine ops.

Responsabilités

• Take full operational, technical, and commercial control of assigned marine work packages.
• Coach Section Engineers and subcontractors and ensure clear goals.
• Drive HSE/Quality via RAMS reviews, vessel audits, and handover files.
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and support AfP activities.
• Create resourced stage programmes and 3-week look-aheads.
• Coordinate daily between internal teams and external client reps.
