Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services seeks an experienced Agent / Package Manager to join a major infrastructure project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of key construction packages. This hands-on role requires ownership from planning through to completion and close collaboration with engineering, design, commercial, project management and subcontractor teams.

Qualifications

• We are seeking candidates with delivery-focused construction experience across major packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, sequencing and best practice.
• Experience with CSCS Card and SMSTS/SSSTS is preferred.
• Experience in working with Tier 1 contractors is ideal.
• Ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate interfaces effectively.
• Proven ability to drive programme, quality, safety and productivity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with design inputs and RAMS.

Responsibilities

• Leading the day-to-day delivery of allocated construction packages.
• Managing subcontractors and site delivery teams.
• Driving programme, quality, safety and productivity.
• Coordinating construction activities, interfaces and sequencing.
• Reviewing construction methodologies and RAMS.
• Providing construction and buildability input into design development.
• Supporting constructability reviews and Early Contractor Involvement where required.
• Identifying and resolving delivery constraints and technical issues.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, contracts and project requirements.
