Job summary

Scottish Power Renewables is seeking an Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) to lead offshore works from our Lowestoft base on a contract basis. The role requires extensive offshore wind experience and will involve flying between sites as needed.

Initially 5 days in the office, moving to a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation in the new year. You will oversee installation strategies, safety compliance, and coordination among contractors, ensuring schedules and costs are controlled and all

Qualifications

• 8 years of construction management experience, preferably large offshore wind farm projects.
• 8 years of leadership experience.
• 8 years of HSE management experience.
• Willing and able to travel independently to other sites and partner sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Q&HSE policies and procedures are maintained during offshore works.
• Analyse, optimise installation and logistics concepts for offshore installation.
• Implement offshore installation management procedures.
• Daily coordination of works between contractors and sites to meet schedule.
