Job summary

Renewable Energy Systems Ltd seeks a Wind Turbine Technician to deliver offshore O&M services at sites in Scotland, with a focus on sustainability and safety. You will contribute to planned and corrective maintenance, resolving issues and optimising performance with a skilled offshore team.

The role requires experience in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on wind turbines, preferring familiarity with Samsung 7MW machines.

Qualifications

• Experience of wind turbine maintenance.
• Lifting operations and large component exchange.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, power electronics, and hydraulic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting wind turbine equipment.
• Hold a full driving license.
• GWO Training desirable; full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and unplanned O&M services to offshore wind farm assets.
• Provide technical expertise to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Work with Offshore O&M Team to meet safety and contractual requirements.
• Travel within the UK & Ireland as necessary.
