Job summary

Masdar is seeking a secondee to embed within the O&M team at EA3 wind farm, operating offshore and onshore in the UK. The role is based in Lowestoft with a hybrid pattern, requiring up to three days in the office and regular travel to London and other locations.

UK-based with right to work is essential. You will work with engineering teams, site personnel and partners to improve assets and ensure safe, reliable operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in renewables / power generation industry.
• Experience defining risk-based strategies.
• Experience leading technical studies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical improvement projects from planning to close-out with HSE/regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate technical interactions across O&M, site teams, OEMs and regulators.
• Lead technical studies and balance-of-plant retrofit campaigns.
• Develop asset management processes and knowledge sharing across projects.
