Job summary

Masdar is seeking a secondee to embed in the O&M team for East Anglia 3 (EA3) wind farm assets. The role is based in Lowestoft with a hybrid pattern demanding 3 days per week in the office and occasional offshore visits.

You will work with engineering teams, site personnel and suppliers to plan, standardise and optimise O&M activities, improving asset performance. The role requires a degree in physics, maths, or engineering, or equivalent, and at least 5 years of renewables experience, with

Qualifications

• Degree in physics, mathematics or engineering or Level 3 NVQ/Advanced Apprenticeship.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in renewables / power generation.
• Experience defining and communicating risk and risk-based strategies.
• Experience leading technical studies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical improvement projects from planning through execution to close-out, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with HSE requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements in maintenance strategies and operational processes.
• Coordinate technical interactions across multiple teams and partners.
• Lead technical studies and manage Balance of Plant retrofit campaigns.
• Develop asset management processes and share lessons learned across projects.
