You will drive technical reviews, mentor colleagues, and contribute to digital innovation in ground engineering across UK and global markets.

The role offers a hybrid work pattern with opportunities to work from multiple UK offices and engage with interdisciplinary teams on rail, energy, and infrastructure

Qualifikationen

• A MSc or PhD in geotechnical engineering or related field is preferred.
• Proven geotechnical analysis and design experience, offshore sector.
• Experience leading offshore design including monopiles, jackets, suction caissons.

• Lead complex geotechnical projects with minimal supervision.
• Perform technical reviews and mentor colleagues in advanced geotechnics.
• Support interdisciplinary teams to advance offshore geotechnical modelling capability.
