AtkinsRéalis in the UK is seeking a Principal Offshore Structural Engineer to lead the delivery of offshore wind foundations across a global project portfolio.

You will manage a small team, perform advanced structural analysis and design of monopile, jacket and floating systems, and ensure compliance with engineering procedures and QA plans within a hybrid working environment. Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with offshore design experience.
• Extensive offshore wind foundation design knowledge.
• Proficient in major FEA tools and offshore software.
• Experience leading a small team of engineers.
• Familiar with relevant design standards and QA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of offshore wind structures from concept to detailed design.
• Coordinate a small team to deliver work packages per requirements.
• Apply advanced analysis for monopiles, jackets, and floating systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the digital practice.
