At Birmingham Mind, we are proud of our inclusive, person-centred approach and our role as a key player in the city s mental health system. Now we have settled into our new home at Albert House, we are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to help us shape the future of our central operations.
What you will do:- Be the engine behind our leadership team s meetings organising, minuting, and tracking actions.
- Partner with the PA to the CEO to ensure Albert House runs like clockwork.
- Support the Workforce Development Manager with training logistics and warm welcomes.
- Be a friendly face at reception, manage bookings, supplies, and support a new team of office volunteers.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
What you will bring:- Experience in a busy office environment and juggling multiple priorities.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for supporting others.
- Strong communication skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
- A values-led mindset and a commitment to inclusion and mental health awareness.
