Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations at our Birmingham location. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing guest relations, ensuring smooth daily operations, and leading the front office team to deliver exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Relations: Develop close relationships with guests, anticipate needs, handle complaints, and promote the hotel's image.
  • Professional Techniques / Production: Implement pricing policies, maintain accurate databases, manage guest documentation, and oversee overbooking procedures.
  • Talent and Culture Responsibilities: Conduct training, onboarding, and foster a positive team environment aligned with hotel standards and legislation.
  • Commercial / Sales: Train staff in sales techniques and promote loyalty programs.
  • Management and Administration: Oversee invoicing, cash handling, and update performance dashboards.
  • Hygiene / Personal Safety / Environment: Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental policies, including security and energy-saving initiatives.
Qualifications

Previous supervisory or management experience required.
