Albert House, Edward Street, Birmingham

£26,531 per annum

Hours: 37.5 per week, MondayFriday (4 days onsite)

At Birmingham Mind, we are proud of our inclusive, person-centred approach and our role as a key player in the citys mental health system. Now we have settled into our new home at Albert House, we are looking for a Senior Office Administrator to help us shape the future of our central operations.

What You Will Do

  • Be the engine behind our leadership teams meetingsorganising, minuting, and tracking actions.
  • Partner with the PA to the CEO to ensure Albert House runs like clockwork.
  • Support the Workforce Development Manager with training logistics and warm welcomes.
  • Be a friendly face at reception, manage bookings, supplies, and support a new team of office volunteers.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and care.
