Job summary

NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership is seeking an Organisational Development Manager to drive OD interventions and lead a professional OD team. The post supports the Head of Organisational Development with leadership development, talent management, wellbeing, inclusion and organisational change aligned to national priorities.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, collaborative leader with strong relationship-building skills, comfortable with agile working, home working and site visits

Qualifications

Significant experience delivering organisational development interventions.
Leading a team and coordinating OD activities across functions.
Experience in leadership development, talent management, wellbeing, inclusion and change.
Strong leadership, collaborative approach and ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead on delivery of corporate well-being, inclusion, talent development and cultural interventions across NWSSP.
Line management of Organisational Development team and adapt to organisational needs.
Oversee development and evaluation of OD interventions; implement inclusive culture action plans.
Work in an agile environment with home working and site visits across Wales; build external partnerships.
