Job summary

NHS Northamptonshire Integrated Care Board is seeking an HR/OD Support Officer (Band 5) to join the People Team and help shape a positive employee experience across the cluster. The role covers employee relations, staff engagement, wellbeing initiatives and data analysis, with flexible, regional travel between offices.

You will work with managers and staff to deliver HR/OD solutions that support organisational ambitions, requiring strong communication and a passion for people.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/OD role across employee lifecycle.
• Degree level education or equivalent with HR/OD focus.
• Willingness to work towards CIPD qualification and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR/OD advice and support to managers and staff.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver HR, OD and engagement activities.
• Advise managers on HR/OD issues and queries.
• Manage HR/OD inboxes and respond to requests.
