Job summary

Bright Horizons Rugby Day Nursery in Rugby, Warwickshire, is hiring a Third in Charge to lead and support a team caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and work with parents and professionals.

You should have a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, prior EY settings experience in a leadership role, and a confident decision-making style.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and commitment to child welfare.
• Confident decision-maker with leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and promote occupancy growth.
• Maintain strong partnerships with parents and professionals.
