Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool in Dartford is seeking a Third in Charge to lead and mentor our nursery team, ensuring high standards of care and education for every child. The role includes safeguarding responsibilities, promoting health and safety, and building strong partnerships with parents, professionals and Local Authority as needed.

A Level 3+ Early Years qualification and prior leadership experience are required; enhanced DBS checks apply.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in Early Years setting with leadership responsibilities.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection requirements.
