Bright Horizons Caterham The Laurels Nursery is looking for a Third in Charge to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education. You will promote child welfare and safety, foster strong partnerships with parents, and ensure high standards across the nursery.

You may act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and contribute to occupancy growth by engaging with local authorities and families. Level 3+ EY qualification and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as Third in Charge or similar.
• Confident decision maker with leadership experience and safeguarding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety and safeguarding; build partnerships with parents and professionals.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and support retention and occupancy growth.
