Job summary

Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated nurse to support children and young people with SEND and complex health needs within the Children's Learning Disability service in Craven. You will provide specialist health and behavioral assessments and deliver evidence-based interventions across family, school and community settings.
